Shibori
Shibori (significa exprimir y presionar en japonés). Es una técnica manual japonesa de teñido por reserva que produce patrones en las telas. El patrón se llama "Kanoko", que es la variación más popular de la técnica Shibori. En esta técnica se unen ciertas partes de la tela para obtener el patrón deseado. Un artesano o artesana ata a mano cada nudo, creando pequeñas variaciones en las formas, y luego lo desata uno por uno.
